Description
The site has an elevation of 415 meters and a height difference of 65 meters. It is rarely used and primarily serves as a training slope, with some soaring possibilities. There are various take-off and landing options available.
The ridge faces east/southeast with an elevation difference of approximately 70 meters. It offers a generous and easy take-off area and is known for its good soaring characteristics.
Region: Teublitz, Germany. Flights near this point can be viewed on the Fensterbachflieger website.
The site is currently not used by the Fensterbachtaler DeltaClub but can be flown at your own risk. Before flying, inspect the landing area and obtain permission from the landowners for both the take-off and landing sites.
Another hill for jumping is managed by the GSC Ratisbona near Regensburg. Guest pilots with an A-license should contact the club before flying.
The take-off area is generous and easy, with good soaring conditions. Note: Do not start with a north wind due to turbulence caused by a large beech tree near the take-off area. Maintain a safe distance from houses and power lines during the flight.
The take-off site is located along a walking path that runs over the ridge from Premberg to Münchshofen. The area is within a nature reserve and cannot be accessed by car.
To reach the site on foot, follow the "Am Seeberg" road (the road through Premberg heading north). Just after the last houses, take the path on the right and follow it to the take-off area.
The landing area is a large meadow between Premberg and Münchshofen. If the grass is high, please land on the field path.
