The site is occasionally used and is suitable for soaring flights. There are various takeoff options available, and toplanding is generally normal. The site faces south to southwest, making it ideal for thermal and dynamic flying conditions. During the summer, pilots can reach a maximum altitude of around 2000 meters above sea level.
