Located at approximately 1800 meters, this site is ideal for hike & fly enthusiasts and is rarely used. There are various takeoff options available. Important: There are two locations named 'Fronalpstock'. The other one is about 40 km to the ENE from here. Takeoff Site: Takeoff Window: Orientation: West Difficulty: Easy Altitude: 1800 meters Cable Car: No Coordinates: 9.10409027, 47.06763735 Hiking Time: 60 minutes Directions: From Mollis, head towards Mullerenberg until you reach the restaurant. From there, proceed on foot via Mittler Stafel to the takeoff site. The takeoff area is a large, moderately steep meadow. Special Note: Taxi service is available from the landing site in Mollis.
