Mount San Antonio, also known as Mount Baldy, stands as the highest peak in the San Gabriel Mountains and the highest point in Los Angeles County, California. The summit features two peaks: the main peak at an elevation of 10,064 feet (3,068 meters) and a sub-peak, West Baldy, at 9,988 feet (3,044 meters). This peak is part of the San Gabriel Mountains National Monument and Angeles National Forest. The takeoff area is flat and suitable for hike & fly activities, although it is rarely used. Cross-country flights are possible from this location. However, there is limited information available, and the site is not regulated.
