**Regulations:**
1. The site is open to members of the FBVL or a recognized foreign federation with valid membership and liability insurance.
2. Membership cards must be presented upon request by authorities or site managers.
3. The site is reserved for individual pilots; schools or organized groups need prior approval.
4. Access is only allowed during the day, and motorized equipment is prohibited.
5. No fires are allowed on or near the site.
6. Activities disturbing the forest's tranquility or wildlife are prohibited.
7. Picnicking and littering, especially cigarette butts, are forbidden. Nearby parking and picnic areas are available.
8. The landing area is for pilots only during landing and packing up. Use the gate, do not open the fence.
9. Landing is allowed even with livestock present; pilots are responsible for any damage caused.
10. Users must acknowledge and accept the regulations, waiving any claims against landowners, FBVL, and other authorities.
11. Site managers can deny access to anyone not complying with the rules.
**Airspace:**
The site offers a clear flying zone with the possibility to fly several kilometers before encountering restricted areas such as the Lagland military camp and Luxembourg TMA zones. For optimal conditions with a marked NW trend, adjust your flight path early to avoid the Luxembourg border.
**Takeoff:**
Access the takeoff point from La Roche by following the directions from Place du Bronze. Park along the road without blocking the passage and walk through the forest path. The site is 200 meters ahead.
**Landing:**
The landing zone is between the Ourthe and a tree, with a mandatory gate passage. Access it from the hotel "La Claire Fontaine" by crossing the Ourthe. The landing area is 200 meters to the right, with an electrical line beyond the tree.
**Dangers:**
- **Takeoff:** The takeoff area is flat and often downwind from the ridge break. Mastery of the 'face voile' technique is essential to avoid being pulled or ending up in the slope. The left side is easier for takeoff.
- **Landing:** Be cautious of the electrical line beyond the tree.
