The flying site at Ulstrup Camping offers a gentle slope of about 25 meters high with soft grassy hills, making it an excellent training ground for beginners. The height of the flight ranges from 15 to 20 meters, with a length of 800 meters. The area is privately owned by Ulstrup Camping, so it's essential to ask for permission before flying. Note that horses sometimes graze in the field, and they can be easily scared by flying activities.
The start and landing conditions are favorable at the top of the cliff, and both top and beach landings are possible. The site is known for nice soaring conditions, although no flight logs are available for reference.
To get there, head towards Ulstrup from Kalundborg. Before reaching Ulstrup, turn left onto Horse Valley at the campsite. Drive until you can go no further, then proceed forward and over the fence. Turn right and follow the path for a few hundred meters until you reach the slope.
