Description

This site is ideal for takeoff in strong winds to catch the soaring from the summit. Emergency landing options are available at Grangeneuve or Combette. It is easier to head to the right and then fly over the ridge approximately 2.5 km further. Be cautious of the north wind; you may take off in turbulent conditions and might not have enough lift to cross the ridge and return to Baulmes.
