To reach the takeoff point, take the cable car to Kulm. From there, descend towards Chilchsteine until you reach the spot where the cogwheel train crosses to the left. Follow the hiking trail around the Esel into the hollow to the east. The takeoff area is a moderately steep meadow on both sides of the small pass.
