At an altitude of 1244 meters with a height difference of 830 meters, this paragliding site is frequently used and suitable for both paragliding (PG) and hang gliding (HG). It offers excellent soaring conditions and the potential for good cross-country (XC) flights. You can reach the take-off point by car, followed by a 15-minute walk.
The primary landing zone is in Doccio, facing east. In the valley to the south-southwest, there are several emergency landing options available. This site is ideal for both panoramic flights and cross-country adventures.

Access is straightforward with no significant difficulties. The take-off direction is south, and favorable flying conditions include winds from the east to south, with a slight possibility of light north winds. The main landing area is in Doccio, specifically in the Gabbio region. From Doccio, a short dirt road leads to the landing zone near the Sesia River. There are no mandatory notifications required for either take-off or landing.
