Description
The launch site is a small, relatively overgrown forest clearing located approximately 100 meters southwest of the summit lookout tower. Without proper maintenance, this launch site will soon become unusable.
The shortest route to the launch starts from Šumperk towards Rapotín. Before reaching Rapotín, turn left towards Nové Domky. After passing through the village of Nové Domky, turn right onto a forest path marked with a green tourist sign. Follow this path until you reach a point where a narrow and steep forest trail branches off to the left. Continue along this trail, still marked with a green tourist sign, for about 150 meters to reach the launch site. From there, follow the tourist trail on foot towards the summit of Městské Skály.
Launch direction is northeast. The wind azimuth is between 110° and 160°. The altitude is 630 meters above sea level, with an elevation gain of 280 meters.
