At an elevation of 2498 meters with a height difference of 600 meters, this site occasionally hosts competitions from its two takeoff points, West and East. Access two private launch sites via a gated mountain road. Camping is available next to the landing zone (LZ). Bring your tent or RV and enjoy the outdoors. The Ranch requires 48 hours' notice before arrival. Day access costs $20, and camping is $25 per night per site, including bathrooms and showers at HQ. Pool access is $5. Monthly and annual memberships are available. Instructors can contact the Ranch about hosting workshops or events. Non-flying guests can enjoy hiking, mountain biking, and horseback riding. Driving Directions: Take exit 60 off I-70, head north through DeBeque, turn left on S Dry Fork Road, and continue for 6.5 miles. Check in at HQ before camping or flying. The East and West launch sites are a short walk from each other on either side of a large flat finger sticking out from the main ridge. The entire ridge offers easy top-landings. Oxygen is recommended on big days. During spring and fall, enjoy evening glass-offs and mellow morning thermals.
