Description
The launch site at 840 meters is primarily a ramp for hang gliders and is rarely used for paragliding.

Directions: From the A4 motorway, exit at Brescia Centro and follow signs towards the city center. At the roundabout, turn right and continue straight, passing another roundabout and two traffic lights (Via della Maggia). At the next roundabout, you will intersect with Via San Polo. Continue straight until the next roundabout and turn left onto Via Fiorentini. At the following stop sign, turn left onto Via Gatti and continue straight. After approximately 400 meters, you will see the cemetery on the right, with the landing field on its eastern side.

There is a single road leading to Monte Maddalena with various launch points at different altitudes. To find it, keep left just after exiting the road from the cemetery where the official landing site is located. After approximately 200 meters, turn left at the first intersection and then left again at the next traffic light onto Viale Bornata. Continue straight to Viale Venezia until you reach the large traffic light and intersection at Piazzale Arnaldo. Turn right here, and immediately after the first gas station, turn right again onto Via Panoramica, which leads to the summit of Monte Maddalena.
After about 7 km, you can park near the hairpin turn close to the old cable car pylon, which has a large windsock on top. From there, climb over the parapet to find the trail leading to the BUREN launch after about 100 meters.
To reach the higher launch sites, continue driving to the summit of the mountain, where there is a large parking area. To the left of the parking area, there is a small road that descends slightly (marked 'ristorante il grillo'). Follow this road, and once you reach the restaurant, take the uphill road in front of you. At the end of this road, you will find the two launch sites (EAST and PEDANA-WEST) on the respective sides of the mountain.
