Description
Červená Hora is a paragliding site situated at an altitude of 1330 meters above sea level, with an elevation of 650 meters above the landing zone. The site is occasionally used and offers soaring opportunities with the possibility of cross-country flights. The optimal wind direction for this location is between 50° and 100°.
The takeoff area is a mountain meadow surrounded by low-growing dwarf pine. The shortest access to the takeoff point is from Červenohorské sedlo, following the red tourist trail towards Keprník. At the Vřesová studánka junction, turn right and continue over the summit area of Červená Hora for about 100 meters until you reach its eastern slope.
