Description
The paragliding site in Oberstdorf, Germany, is situated at an elevation of 1980 meters above sea level. This launch site is exclusively for paragliders and features a grassy slope that is not steep but is interspersed with uneven grass ridges, making it somewhat challenging.
The launch direction ranges from West to North. Access to the site is only by foot, approximately a 15-minute walk south of the Höfatsblick mountain station.
Please note that launching is prohibited during grazing periods. Additionally, launching towards the south is forbidden due to nature conservation and wildlife protection areas.
It is advisable to carry a personal first-aid kit during these tours.
