Parking: Park at or near the Boston Hall. Ensure to park sensibly and avoid blocking the access track or gates. Follow the quad bike track up the hill. The walk up can be time-consuming but is generally worth it. Take-Off: There is plenty of space and options for take-off, generally at the same level or just below the cairn. Landing: Land in any suitable field to the south of the road. Avoid landing in fields with livestock or crops. Flying: The site is excellent in SE wind and has good potential for cross-country flights. It is one of the bigger flydowns in the area.
