Drive through the Grasdal Tunnel and park on the left side of the tunnel. Walk up directly behind the tunnel until you reach above the tree line.
This spot is best suited when the thermals are coming in directly, allowing you to gain enough altitude to fly down through the valley/river. You will land in Hjelledalen, which is approximately 70-80 meters above sea level.
