The site features a slope with a gentle gradient, perfect for thermodynamic flying. The best months to fly here are from October to May. Reaching the site is convenient, requiring only a 5-minute walk from the nearby road. There are no significant hazards reported at this location. The designated landing zone is at Jorethang Mazi Gaon. The site is managed and maintained by the Sikkim Paragliding Adventure Sports Cooperative Society Ltd.
