Before flying here, contact the control tower at Fagernes Airport. This is recommended before heading up. The flight path for airplanes is directly over the ski resort.
The launch site is located midway down the slope, at the southernmost track. You can drive almost all the way there year-round. Follow the toll road (20 NOK) up to Danebu, continue towards the 'cabin town,' and drive down a bit among all the luxury cabins. From there, you can enter the ski slope and follow it down to the launch site (a 4-minute walk). Coordinates will be added later. In summer, land on the football field at the bottom of Aurdals-bygda. In winter, there are many fields to choose from.
