Location: Rampa do Salsicha - Corumbá, MS, Brazil Altitude: 760 meters Vertical Drop: 590 meters Wind Directions: S, SE, E, NE, N, NW, W, SW Coordinates: -19.2182° -57.6854° Access: The hill is called Tromba do Macaco, located opposite the Maciço do Urucum. It is 417 km from Campo Grande, near the Brazil-Bolivia border. Access to the ramp is straightforward, situated in front of an iron mining company (marked by a large white Vale sign) along the highway. Follow the direction of this sign, open the gate, walk 700 meters, and pass by the headquarters. The ascent can be made by a 4x4 vehicle. Access is through private farmland and requires prior authorization. Takeoff: Multiple paragliders can take off from the S, SE, and SW ramps. For other wind directions, only one paraglider can take off at a time. Landing: Near the highway. Contact local farms in advance for permission. Best Season: All year round.
