The launch site is located at an elevation of 1650 meters and is accessible without a cable car. The coordinates for the launch site are 8.82450217, 47.02501985. To reach the launch site, drive from Weglosen to Gruebi. From Gruebi, it's a 45-minute hike via Sattlerhuette to the launch site. The launch area is a moderately steep, hilly meadow. Be cautious of potential thermal turbulence near the cliff edge before the launch site. The launch window is oriented towards the southwest and is of medium difficulty. This area is conveniently located just 45 minutes from Zurich. The 'Stöckli' launch site offers access to an impressive flying region. Note that the former launch site Totenplangg is within a wildlife protection zone (ground level to 2000 meters) and has been under a strict launch prohibition for years. The wildlife protection zone north of the Stöckli launch site can only be flown over at altitudes above 2000 meters.
