Sonnenberg, with an elevation of 1142 meters, is occasionally used for paragliding and offers the possibility for cross-country flights. If you drive to Sonnenberg in a private car, you must park at the large Brunnersberg parking lot. The Sonnenberg launch site is generally not open to the public. Launching is permitted only from mid-October to the end of March. During the spring and summer months (March to September), launching is allowed only with prior arrangement with Flugschule Jura GmbH.
