Description
The flying site features a slope approximately 30 meters high and 700 meters long. The launch and landing conditions are excellent, with a flat grassy field on top of the cliff. The beach below is narrow and rocky, making it more suitable for experienced pilots.
Public access is available, starting from the cottage area.
To get there from Kalundborg, drive along the coastal road (Røsnæsvej) towards Ulstrup. After passing Nostrup, you will see Kalundborg Golf Club on your left. Turn left onto Charlesvej and follow it until it turns 90 degrees to the right and becomes Sydvej. You can park at the end of Charlesvej, which is about 600 meters diagonally down to the left from the starting spot behind the golf club. Detailed maps are recommended for precise navigation. The starting point in the cottage area is at the end of Sandlodsvej, which ends in a left loop. At the far end of the loop, there is a path down the slope starting from house no. 81. The theater is about 500 meters from the slope.
For another route, from Kalundborg, drive towards Røsnæs. At Nosted, turn left onto Klintedalsvej, following the sign to the Kursuscenter. There is a parking area at the end of the road reserved for guests of the training center, but it can usually be used if there are guests in the center. Just before reaching the parking area, there is a path on the left side. Follow this path for a short distance, then take another path upwards to the right. Follow this for 50 meters to reach the starting point.
