Description
At an elevation of 2831 meters with a height difference of 1700 meters, this site in California, USA, is occasionally used and offers some cross-country potential, though it is better suited for hang gliding than paragliding. The site is unregulated, and it is recommended for pilots with H4 or H3 ratings.
The launch is very exposed at a high altitude of 9000 feet and can handle strong winds better than other launches in Owens Valley. However, be prepared for a long drive to reach the site.
