This site is regularly used and ideal for light breeze dynamic soaring flights.
Takeoff: The takeoff area is small, suitable for a single wing.
With a small north breeze, approach the right-hand side to gain additional lift. There is a cable in front of the takeoff area, but within a normal gliding ratio, you should be able to reach the landing zone without any issues.
