Description
The eastern launch is located at the top of the Kvitfjell ski resort, next to the now-closed café. It's excellent for northeast to east winds but also works for north winds early in the day. If there's a southern wind influence, it's advisable to move further south along the ridge or use the southern launch.
Landing is at the base of the ski resort, with an alternative option to land over in Fåvang. Avoid fields north of Fåvang with tall grass. Currently, there are no permanent agreements for landing.
