Fly over Kitzbühel. Some flight experience is helpful. Do not confuse this spot with Hahnenkamm-Reutte.
This site is regularly used, with the main launch site located directly at the mountain station. Cross-country flights are possible.

You can see directly onto the 'Mausefalle' section of the 'Streif' downhill course and launch from a steep grassy slope. From the mountain station, turn right immediately.
The ski area also offers something for paragliding and hang gliding pilots. Compared to Choralpe, Hohe Salve, and Pinzgau, it is much quieter here. Flights can be made in both summer and winter. Have you ever flown over the Streif?
Special notes and webcam: Avoid launching from Hahnenkamm in westerly winds due to turbulence. Foehn weather conditions should also be avoided.

Directions: From the north, take the Inntalautobahn, toll-free until Kufstein-Süd. Continue towards Wörgl, then take the B170 through Hopfgarten to Kitzbühel. Right after the tunnel, turn right onto the B161 towards Paß Thurn / Mittersill. Before the tennis arena, turn right towards the Hahnenkammbahn. There is a large parking lot here. There is a train station directly in front of the valley station. The landing field is only a few meters away.
Guest pilots are requested to register at the valley station of the Hahnenkammbahn. Start and landing fees can also be paid here.
