Description
Elevation: 806 meters above sea level, with a height difference of 500 meters. This site is regularly used by hang gliders and occasionally by paragliders. It offers soaring opportunities and some potential for cross-country flights.
The launch site features a ramp start. To get there, from Brua Samvirkelag, take the road towards VĂŠrskei (Fagernes). Drive up Lia for about 5 km, then turn left through a toll road. Continue 100 meters past the TV mast. Note that the road is not accessible during winter. The launch ramp is primarily designed for hang gliders and is a challenging start for paragliders. However, it is a good starting point for distance flights.

From Brua Samvirkelag, take the road towards VĂŠrskei (Fagernes). Drive up Lia for about 5 km, then turn left through a self-service toll road. Continue 100 meters past the TV mast. The launch site is located 50 meters down to the left of the cabin. This is a near cliff launch, definitely suitable for experienced pilots (PP3 level). There are many landing spots in Auggedalen, with the field near the store being the most commonly used.
