Description
At an elevation of 950 meters, this paragliding site is rarely used. It offers soaring opportunities and the possibility of top landing.
To get there, take the road from Foggia to Lucera, then head towards Alberone. From there, proceed to Roseto, Val Fortore. After about 2 kilometers, take the white road leading up to the launch site. The final stretch is not paved but is drivable.
From the initial slopes of the Apennines, you will glide down into the plains of Apulia.
Be aware that there are some wind turbines near the landing area, which may pose a challenge.
