Paragliding Flakstad

The site offers a height range of 50-200 meters and is rarely used. It is primarily suitable for local soaring in the bowl and nearby areas. There are multiple takeoff options available. You can park at the rest area and hike directly up. The area provides a good space for setting up your gear. A sort of trail runs along the creek. Be cautious of two high-voltage power lines below the takeoff area; it is possible to land on either side of these lines. The mountain itself is over 500 meters high, making it a good spot for ridge soaring on the right day.
