Located in Wasserauen, Switzerland, this paragliding site is frequently used and offers good cross-country (XC) potential. It is also a popular spot for training flights. The takeoff area is easily accessible, situated just below the mountain station to the right. Note that schools have priority for takeoff. Although the landing zone is not visible from the takeoff point, it comes into view after a few meters of flight towards the east. The site is optimal for flying in north or northeast winds. The takeoff area consists of a flat section that transitions into a steeper slope. Be cautious of rotor turbulence in strong west winds. Top landing is generally discouraged and only tolerated in exceptional cases, directly below the mountain station. This area is heavily utilized for training purposes. For hang gliders, the takeoff is right underneath the gondola.
