Description
At an elevation of 2146 meters with a height difference of 900 meters, this site is rarely used for paragliding. Access is via a 4x4 vehicle from Independence, but be prepared for a rough and nasty road. The site is known for thermal soaring, but conditions can be challenging as you start into a canyon with often turbulent air. There is limited information available, and there are better sites in the Owens Valley for paragliding.
