Surf Stinson Beach

Access is convenient, with instant access from the state parks lot, located just a short walk away. This surf spot works well at all tides, with optimal conditions during rising and falling tides. The swell typically comes from the north, northwest, and west, while east winds can affect the surf quality. Although it can be mushy and shapeless, there are days when good sandbars form. Be cautious of the local shark population, as there have been reported attacks in the past. On weekdays, the crowd is sparse, but expect a few surfers on weekends.
