Surf Patiero

Patiero - Ubatuba Patiero is a powerful reef break located in Ubatuba, Brazil. The waves break on a rocky bottom with boulders and are best during a big east swell, reaching heights of over 3.6 meters (12 ft). This spot is known for its unpredictability, making it a unique challenge for surfers. Accessed only by boat, Patiero is a semi-secret location situated on the Ponta Grossa peninsula. The surf is typically empty during the week, with only a few locals on weekends. The wave breaks both left and right, but rights are favored. Surfers should be cautious of rips, undertows, and rocks.
