Description

Little Marley Point - Royal National Park, South of Sydney Little Marley Point features a right-breaking reef wave over a boulder bottom, known for its hollow, fast, and powerful characteristics. This isolated surf spot is accessible via a long walk (over 30 minutes) from Bundeena, or by boat from Port Hacking. It works best at mid to high tide with rising and falling tides, and is generally uncrowded throughout the week. The atmosphere at Little Marley Point is serene, with only a handful of local surfers taking advantage of its pristine conditions. The wave offers a decent ride with ample time in the green room, but caution is advised due to rocks and urchins in the area. The paddle out from the protected beach is approximately 5 minutes. While the spot remains virtually unsurfed for most of the year, it can be a rewarding experience for those willing to make the trek.
