Located near Wada Junior High School, Hanakago is a hidden gem with limited amenities. The nearest surf shop, "Splash," is a 10-minute walk away, but options for food and accommodation are scarce. The area boasts cleaner water than northern Chiba or Shounan, enhancing the surfing experience. Best conditions occur with a swell from the southeast or east and wind from the northwest or west. While weekdays see few surfers, weekends can get crowded, so plan accordingly.
