Surf Haggarty's

Haggarty's - Malaga Cove Haggarty's is a left-hand point break characterized by fun waves breaking over flat rocks and sand. The spot works at all tides, with optimal conditions during a rising tide and swells from the North, NorthWest, and West. Access is via a short walk from the parking lot by Malaga Cove School. Located near the historic Haggerty estate, this surf spot attracts a mix of surfers, particularly in winter. While it can get crowded, especially on weekends, the waves can be rewarding, especially with swells starting from about 0.6 meters. The ideal conditions feature a Southeast wind, making it suitable for intermediate surfers. Be cautious of localism, urchins, and rocks while enjoying the surf.
