Surf EL CHALET

EL CHALET - Near Punta Blanca El Chalet features powerful reef waves that break both right and left over a sharp coral bottom. Located at coordinates 28.2011° N, 16.8315° W, it offers instant access with a short walk of less than 5 minutes from parking. This surf spot, situated in Alcalá, is best approached by turning to Varadero from Puerto Santiago. The optimal conditions occur during low to mid tide with a rising tide, and it works well with swells from the north, northwest, and west. While weekdays see few surfers, weekends can become crowded. Surfers should be cautious of localism and the rocky hazards present in the area.
