Access involves a short walk from Stafford Street, with public access available. Located at the northern end of 7 Mile Beach, Chips is known for its long-walled left-hander that can produce impressive barrels. While it can be less crowded during the week, expect a few surfers on weekends. The area offers additional reefs for exploration, providing alternative surf options if conditions at Chips are not ideal.
