- Take-offs and landings must be confined to plot number 76. Maintain a minimum distance of 40 meters from the adjacent plot number 136 during these activities.
- A maximum of 15 pilots are allowed per flying day.
- The area is within a landscape protection zone, so parking vehicles on the site or the adjacent field path is prohibited.
- Pilots must be aware of the Paderborn airspace (Paderborn Airport) with a TMZ starting at 2500 ft MSL (approximately 1000 ft GND).
- Mixed flying operations with model aircraft are not permitted.
- All pilots must be briefed on the specific conditions of this permit by the site manager before their first flight.
