Description
Rasdalsheia offers several alternative launch sites located on the eastern side of the tunnel on the old road between Eikefjord and Naustdal. Drive up to the tunnel and head northwest up the slope. Choose your launch site based on the wind direction, as there are multiple options. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the top.
Landing is typically done on the lower side of the road or on the upper side near the mountain pasture. Both the launch and landing areas are in open land, so no prior arrangement is needed. Alternatively, you can fly down the valley and land at Solheim or Åmot.
