This paragliding site, located in the Tegernsee region of Germany, has an elevation of 1325 meters and a height difference of approximately 650 meters. It is rarely used and not officially recognized. The site is primarily suitable for short flights and some soaring, but it is not recommended due to its suboptimal conditions.
The launch area is accessible only by foot, with no vehicle access allowed. Launches are possible only in north or northeast winds from an alpine meadow. Pilots must be considerate of grazing animals and inform local farmers before flying. The landing zone is near the lift in Ostin, but be cautious of power lines in the area.
