Description
Elephant West in the USA is a lesser-known paragliding site with a takeoff height of 656 meters and a height difference of 250 meters. This site requires permission from Yakama Control before you can fly. The site record is 11.3 km. It is located within the Class E surface extension of Yakima Control, so you must advise the tower before any flights above 500 feet AGL. Flights above this altitude are only permitted with explicit permission.
