To reach the launch site, take the post bus from Chur to Calfreisen. From there, it's a 3-hour hike to the launch site. The launch area is a flat spot for layout, followed by a very steep meadow.
Chur, an ancient city with many attractions, is in an optimal position for further flights. Notable starting points include Montalin, Calanda, Brambruesch, and Dreibündenstein, which can lead you towards Engadin or the Vorderes Rheintal (Flims, Disentis).
