Description
Bruchhausen, Germany offers a serene flying experience with excellent conditions for the main wind directions. The special landing site provides both launch and landing areas for hang gliders and paragliders. Whether it's winter or summer, you can enjoy a calm glide or catch some thermals.
For detailed site information, visitors and free flyers should check the SauerlandAIR e.V. website. Note that the Papillon FlyCard does not grant access to this site; it is only valid for flights at Papillon sites in Elpe, Wirmighausen, and Stormbruch. Additionally, the nature reserve must not be flown over at altitudes below 500 meters.
Parking and landing are available at LP 1 Schützenhalle. Hike ’n‘ Fly enthusiasts must pass by the Info Center in Bruchhausen, where they need to sign the flight log and pay any applicable daily fees.
