At an elevation of 3406 meters with a height difference of 350 meters, this site is rarely used and primarily suitable for soaring. You can drive up with a 2WD vehicle, making it accessible during the summer months. There are no flight logs available for this location. In the mornings, the easterly flow allows for flights off the backside. The site features multiple launch directions: south-east, south, west, and north. While sled rides offer a descent of 1000 feet, the site is often soarable. Be cautious of rapidly developing conditions during the heat of the summer, especially if flying midday. Three valley systems converge into Brian Head, making it crucial to consider the prevailing winds rather than just the conditions at the launch site. The drive to the launch is convenient, with a return time of approximately 6 minutes.
