Soft sand, but quiet some small shells in the sand. Experienced riders can go out between the buildings in front of the Bally's casino. Big construction in front of the Ceasars. From the Trump Plaza on to the Southwest lots of space without any buildings. Many tourists in summer on the beach. Identified hazards: Concrete Beachgoer: June, July, August Weather specificities: Just shorts during summer. Fall to spring wetsuit/shorty needed. Wind specificities: In front of Bally's sideshore or sideonshore work fine. Not much space for onshore winds. Winds can get blocked due to buildings. South of the Tramp Plaza onshore winds are fine. Access description: by Car - Get to Atlantic City and find the big buildings on the beach. Experienced riders can go out in front of the Bally's, less experienced south of Tramp Plaza. No parking directly at the beach. Park at the hotels. Specific rules: Time Extra: During summer stay away from this beach. Lifeguards will chase you away. It is ok after 5pm, or early in the morning.
