Water quality: Clean
Infos: Part of a migratory bird preservation area, pretty much pristine.
Beach type & size: Grass, Sand, Pebbles - Medium
Infos: The only time you get crowds is in the summer when you can get as many as 10 SUV with families camping. Since the lagoon was found by kiters, and since most of us are safety freaks, we self manage our rare "congested" moments. There is plenty of space to spread out.
Identified hazards: None
Beachgoer: June, July, August
Weather specificities: Summer is really hot, bring lots of water. The water in the lagoon is warmer than the adjacent sea at all times. Early fall is magic.
Wind specificities: It's a strange place, difficult to predict - seen the wind change 3 times in a day. Direction change in as little as 5 minutes. Blows from 8-40knts. On good days you have between 15 and 25 knts from either North or South. Usually gusty, but not too bad.
