Located about 50 kilometers south of Durban, access is straightforward via the Ifafa Beach off-ramp, followed by a short 5-15 minute walk. The spot boasts an empty lineup during the week, with only a few surfers on weekends, creating a mellow vibe. The warm waters and beautiful scenery enhance the experience, though the reef can be treacherous. Optimal conditions occur at mid tide with a rising tide, and the best wind directions are from the northwest, west, or southwest.
