Surf El chanquete

El Chanquete - Málaga El Chanquete features a sandbar wave that breaks both right and left over a sandy bottom with some rocks. This spot is accessible in the El Palo neighborhood of Málaga, requiring a short walk of 5-15 minutes. It works at all tides, particularly during a rising tide, and is best surfed on poniente days from October. Known locally as Playa del Dedo, this surf spot offers a more relaxed atmosphere compared to the crowded city breaks of Misericordia and Malagueta.
