Cassidy - California Cassidy is a beach break featuring both right and left waves over a sandy bottom. This spot is primarily surfed by locals and can deliver fun conditions, particularly when sandbars form and specific south/southwest swells arrive. It is best surfed at mid tide during rising tide with favorable wind from the southeast, east, or northeast. Access is straightforward, with less than a 5-minute walk from parking. While it can be hit or miss, Cassidy offers a unique experience, especially when the conditions align. Surfers should be cautious of rips and undertow, as well as potential pollution. After a session, head north for post-surf grinds at Buccaneer Beach. Respect the local vibe and enjoy the laid-back atmosphere of this hidden gem.
